Wordpress and Geotool

It is a short article about an personal experience. I use generally the Wordpress application in order to set up many website. But now, it was important to implement a geospatial tool for the location.

So I searched a plugin for the implementation of a Google Maps in my webpage.
I found the Mappress Plugin...But finally it was not a efficient solution for me.

To conclude, I took the iframe of my Google Maps and I included in my HTML page (post). I was more nice and easier than this plugin.


Είναι ένα μικρό άρθρο από την προσωπική εμπειρία μου. Χρησιμοποιώ την Wordpress για να σηκωσώ μερικές ιστοσελίδες. Κάθως, ήθελα να ενσωματήσω μια εφαρμογή με γεωγραφικό υποβάθρο.

Έψαξα λοιπόν ένα plugin για αυτή την ανάγκη αλλά τελικά κατάλαβα ότι δεν είναι τόσο ενδιαφέρον. Ήθελα να βάλω το Mappress Plugin αλλά δεν είναι τόσο όμορφο και αποτελεσματικό. Τελικά πήρα το iframe από το Google Maps και λειτουργεί πολύ καλά με καλή εμφάνιση...
