Είναι η δεύτερη εκδήλωση για τις ΥΧΠ στα Σκόπια μετά από αυτή που έγινε το 2009.
Αυτή τη φόρα, είχε 3 μέρες με πολλές παρουσιάσεις και 2 workshop.
Σε γενικές γραμμές, μιλούσανε για τις Υ.Χ.Π και τις μεθόδους για την εγκατάσταση των ΥΧΠ.
Πολλές παρουσιάσεις εξηγήσανε το ''Γιατί'' μια ΥΧΠ...
Γενικά πράγματα ...
Ευτυχώς είχε την Πέμπτη το απόγευμα μερικές παρουσιάσεις για λογισμικά. του Ανοιχτού Κώδικα ΆνοιξΑ το session 6.
Στο πρόγραμμα,
Εναλλακτικές λύσεις για Ελεύθερες Υ.Χ.Π , η παρουσίαση μου με 2 παραδείγματα (Φινλανδία και Βενεζουέλα)
- Τεχνολογίες με ανοιχτό κώδικα λογισμικά για τη δημιουργία της Υ.Χ.Π στο ΠΓΔΜ.
- Το έργο CASCADOSS
Έγινε και μια καλή συζήτηση για τα συν/πλην των λογισμικών OS ή με άδεια.
Ο αντιπρόσωπος του ESRI άρχισε λοιπόν ένα μεγάλο μονόλογο χωρίς να είναι κατανοήτος για όλους...
Δυστυχώς δεν υπήρχε καμία δημόσια υπηρεσία ή εκπρόσωπος κάποιου δήμου για να εξηγήσουν γιατί κάνουν σύμβαση με τις μεγάλες εταιρείες σαν ESRI ή INTERGRAPH...
Θα ήτανε πολύ ενδιαφέρον αλλά μάλλον θα είχαμε βγεί τότε από το κύριο θέμα της Ημερίδας.
The second rendez-vous for me was in Skopje for the SDI Conference on the Spatial Data Infrastructure. It was the second conference after another one that was in April 2009 about the Opportunity of a Future National SDI for FYROM. For this, it was 3 days and many presentations and it included 2 workshops. One was about the Open Source solutions.
In general, the discussion was about the GIS, the implementation's demarch for a SDI. Many presentations were about the question : ''WHY'' a SDI ?
So, it was a general discussion for me but I had the pleasure to participate at the ''hot'' discussion for the choice of an Open Source solution on Thuesday 16th .
I opened the session about the Open Source subject with my presentation for '' Some Alternative solutions for a OS SDI''. After this, some presentations about the Intergraph and ESRI Geoportals and one very interessant presentation for the Alternative technologies of OS for a SDI in FYROM...
A discussion started about the choice of the public authorities in FYROM for the ''Closed'' Source Softwares. Why this decision and not a use of OS...
It was a little of the Conference Subject but it was necessary to debate about this.
For this session , there were 3 presentations.
